I like watching musicals, but I totally fell in love with Jersey Boys! I like to travel, go to the movies, sing karaoke (I'm not good), watch Univ of Hawaii football, play tennis and be involved with my church. I love Jesus. I'm happy to be here.
Every scene, but as soon as Tommy says "I don't get it," I'm already laughing. That is one funny scene!
Although it's not really considered a scene, I love the "Oh, What A Night" reprise in the end. That's the only time I feel it would be okay for me to stand up and dance.
Favorite Line:
Bobby, The Three Lovers...they're dying to meet you.
Why?
'Cause I told 'em you're a fu**ing genius!
Favorite Song:
It varies from Rag Doll, Big Man In Town, Dawn, Bye Bye Baby, Opus 17
Oh I loved your stories. I so wish I could have seen Christian Hoff, I've heard so many wonderful stories about him! I have had the wonderful privilege of meeting JLY, which was amazing. I met him after Les Miz. That weekend was such an incredible experience. CKJ was a great Frankie. I've never seen JLY or Jarrod Spector, but of the Frankie's I've seen, CKJ is my favorite. He is a great actor and singer, and a wonderful person at the stage door, as are most Jersey Boys! We're very lucky. Wow, I haven't gotten a comment on this site since September! It's nice to hear from you though. I'm excited. I just got tix to the S.T.A.G.E. benefit with JLY! I'm so excited to see him again!
Hi Nancy!
So at the August Wilson...I was only in NY for two nights. That night we had driven in after 5 p.m. We checked it, and rested and ate, and then we had nothing else to do. Being the B'way freak I am, I beg my dad to take me to see the Great White Way. We wander down the street for a bit, and I'm just so excited. I was finally in NY! I had been wanting to go for years. Anyway, so we wander further,, and eventually, I'm like, "We need to get to the August Wilson." when we do it was really like fifteen minutes to 8, so there were no tickets left. I tried, hoping for last minute cancellations, but no use. So I stayed and looked around a little bit, then we went outside. I stared up at the sign and posters around the place, just imagining the show starting. My dad said we could have stayed to see the actors come out, but it was too cold. We're both SoCal born! The next night, I waited in line for the TKTS thing, but of course there were no JB tix. I did get to see Spring Awakening with most of the original cast though, so that was very cool. It was a great couple of days, but JB would have just been so great.
It's so nice how you met Linda. She is so sweet and generous. She saved me from sitting in Section X in like the 2nd row twice when I saw Les Miz at the H. Bowl.
So, tell me, do you have any JB cast member stories? Like at the stage door? I'd love to hear them!
I love your pictures. It's great to see the B'way cast. I wish I could have seen it on Broadway. But, I've only stood longingly outside the theatre as the show would have been starting.
Hey Nancy!
Sorry it took me so long to get back to you. I just got so busy. Thanks for the friend request. I'm looking forward to getting to know you better!
